We are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing and Accounts Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our business. This is a varied role combining marketing responsibilities with general accounts administration.
You will play a key role in delivering marketing activities to promote the business and managing essential financial processes to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns (email, website, social media)
Coordinate production of promotional materials and content
Manage website updates and ensure content is current
Support event organisation and communications
Accounts:
Manage invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping
Liaise with suppliers and service providers
Support budget tracking and financial reporting
Work with external accountants as required
Skills & Experience
Experience in a marketing, admin, or finance support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Knowledge of the adhesives, sealants, or coatings industry
Familiarity with websites, CRM platforms, or design tools (e.g. Canva)
Basic understanding of bookkeeping or finance processes
